MOMS enhances client adherence with medication packaging available. Personal Options include in the MOMSPak, prefilled medicine trays or traditional vials.

MOMSPak:
	The MOMSPak, exclusive to MOMSPharmacy, is a securely sealed, waterproof medication packet that allows clients to carry their meds in single or multi-dose increments. The MOMSPak organizes multiple medications to ensure the right medications are taken taken at the right time. Clients no longer have to juggle multiple prescription bottles or carry vials or pillboxes. Each MOMSPak is date and time stamped allowing clients to be aware of any missed dose. There is no additional charge for this customized adherence packaging.
Medication Trays:
	MOMSPharmacy can supply medication trays pre-filled with the client’s medications. We will also provide a Medication Tray at no charge if the client would prefer to fill their own trays MOMS supplies a customized organization chart to show the client how to fill their pillboxes themselves for subsequent fills that are supplied in traditional vials.
Traditional Medication Vials:
	Of course, if the client prefers we can supply their medications in traditional prescription vials.
Pediatric Clients:
	MOMS will provide oral syringes to help parents accurately administer small doses of medications to their children. We will also pre-fill syringes for this purpose if necessary . All injectable medications are available at MOMSPharmacy.
Injectable Medications:
	MOMS carries injectable medications as well and will offer training to the client on how to administer self injections

MOMSPharmacy provides local and personal monthly medication delivery.

MOMS delivers client’s medications at no additional cost – Monday through Friday – no matter where you are in the United States.

MOMS sends the clients medications to their home, work or other designated location.

Planning a vacation? MOMS will deliver to the location of your choice within the United States. You tell us where and the medications will be there.

MOMS delivery services ensure that your confidentiality is protected at all times; MOMS name will not be visible on delivery labels or packaging.

MOMS' delivery services tracks and confirms delivery of orders and takes into account any special handling requirements – such as refrigerated items. Please note that prescriptions sent via the United States Postal Service are not traceable and are the responsibility of the client.

MOMSPharmacy is contracted with most major insurance coverage plans. We also accept State Medicaid, MediCare Part D and State AIDS Drug Assistance Programs (ADAP) programs MOMS dedicated reimbursement team works diligently to verify medication benefits, manage dispensing restrictions and assist clients with balancing their insurance coverage responsibilities.

MOMS will also assist clients with Medicare PART D research and plan coverage.

MOMSPharmacy has developed a Refill Reminder Program specifically for people living with HIV/AIDS

MOMS works with our healthcare providers to coordinate the refill best suited for the clients

MOMS will initiate your refill authorization calls ensuring that there is no disruption in your therapy. .

MOMS handles your Insurance Reimbursement for your prescriptions.

MOMS will try to align your maintenance medications to be filled approximately the same time each month.*

Of course, the client is always in charge of their own healthcare when it comes to medication schedules, personal delivery address and insurance.

The client will need to notify us with any changes in their medication plan or dosage

*Because of certain insurance requirements and/or types of medication supplied not all prescriptions can be coordinated to be available for the same ship date every month, but we will do our best to make it as easy and convenient for you as possible.

MOMSPharmacy keeps computerized medication profiles on each client allowing for ongoing monitoring for side effects and drug interactions.

We also monitor on an ongoing basis to see if the client is maintaining their regular refill schedule to ensure adherence.

MOMSPharmacy offers all clients access to our HIV/AIDS adherence programs at no cost.

MOMS provides real time pharmacist counseling on devices and tools available to help make compliance easier.

Free educational materials and information and on medications, drug interactions, nutrition and other issues and concerns are also available at no charge.

MOMSPharmacy can deliver nutritional supplements to our clients with their monthly medications.

MOMS pharmacists provide expert advice on appropriate supplement utilization.
